Underpinning, partitions knocked down and rebuilt, openings on load-bearing walls, new slabs on the floors, tiling of the entire floors, tiling of the bathrooms up to the ceilings, not a single corner strip (all slices of tiles are cut at 45° for an optimal finish). Luis has more than 20 years of experience in construction, it was natural that he decided to create L & Co Batiment and put all his know-how at the service of his customers.
Training, innovation and continuous improvement are at the heart of its priorities, which is how L & Co quickly achieved an excellent reputation and is today positioned as one of the leaders in the Golfe of Saint-Tropez.

A graduate of the École Hôtelière de Lausanne and with more than 10 years of management experience, Véronique puts all her skills within the company and at the service of her clients.
